- Room 2 – Double with en-suite Bath & Shower
- Room 3 – Double with en-suite Shower
- Room 4 – Double with en-suite Shower
- Room 5 – Family with en-suite Shower
All rooms are provided with:
- Flat screen colour TV with DVD player
- Hair dryer
- Alarm clock/radio
- Corkscrew & glasses
- Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a kettle
- A range of toiletries

Details of each room are below:
Room 1 – Double with en-suite shower
With views accross the village towards Orrest Head, Room 1 is larger than our standard en-suite doubles. After a long walk on the fells you can snuggle-up on the cosy two seater sofa with a mug of hot tea or something stronger and plan the next day’s itinerary…
Room 2 – Double with en-suite Bath & Shower
At the back of Ivy Bank, Room 2 faces south-west over gardens and trees. The beautiful antique walnut furniture has a really warm feel. This is our largest room and the en-suite has both a shower and bath. Curl up on the leather sofa with a good book, watch a DVD, or get maps out for tomorrow’s adventure.
Room 3 – Double with en-suite shower
On the first floor tucked away by itself at the rear of Ivy Bank, Room 3 is a quiet, cosy room with a sunny aspect, an en-suite shower and colour TV with DVD player.
Room 4 – Double with en-suite shower
On the second floor and to the front of the building with views over the village to Orrest Head from both the en-suite shower room and bedroom. A cosy quirky attic room with lovely exposed beam.
Room 5 – Family with en-suite Shower
With a double and single bed, Room 5 is available for families of three or as a twin. An arched window looks out over the roof tops and across the village to Orrest Head. Soft grey tones create a relaxing feel to this room.
