All prices are per room per night for bed & breakfast. A small reduction will be applied for single occupancy.

To make a booking we would require credit or debit card details for a deposit. The cards we are able to take are Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, JCB or Maestro.
You can settle your bill by cash (GBP or EURO), credit or debit card on arrival at Ivy Bank.

Check-in / check-out
Check-in can be any reasonable time but we need to know approximately when you expect to arrive so we can make sure that there is someone here to let you in.
Check-out time is 10.00 but it is possible to leave luggage to collect later in the day if you wish.
Cancellation policy
The first night deposit is non-refundable.
If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show, the balance of the reservation will be charged.
You may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
